Course Description
Poster sessions are an integral part of scientific conferences. Their purpose is to highlight research results, visua-lize them, and stimulate discussion. To draw your audience in, you need a clear content structure, a text format optimized for best readability and well-chosen graphics. Above all, you need to think well through how to compellingly organize your contents on the required poster format.
But – designing an attractive poster is only half the story – a succinct and convincing presentation is just as
important to convey your scientific topics. The workshop teaches design skills in combination with presentation expertise and offers you practical training on how to use these skills for a targeted science communication.
