In the writing consultations, you will receive one-on-one help with academic writing projects in English. Language Center staff with extensive experience will discuss and work with you on your own texts such as research papers, theses, dissertations, scholarly articles, etc.
The primary goal is helping academic staff and researchers preparing for publication and advanced students with research and academic papers. By working with you, the Language Center of the University of Rostock want to support you on your way to becoming "independent writers for life". For this reason, writing consultations do not include translation or proofreading / editing services.
Due to current limited resources there might be a limit to the number of possible appointments.
