All dissertations and habilitations successfully completed at the faculties are recorded in the LSF retroactively from 2009 on.

• Field of doctorate / habilitation (in case this information is intended in the relevant dissertation/habilitation regulations)
• Date of awarding
•  Oral examination date (for dissertations only)

• Publication of the dissertation/habilitation

The basic data on a dissertation / a habilitation are usually collected one month after successful completion at the faculty latest. The publication data (printed medium and electronic resource) are recorded after the data are taken over by the university library.

• Complementary collection: The project management can add information on allocating a dissertation/habilitation to a research project.
