Working for (soon to be) parents requires a lot of organizing. If you are to become a parent you need to inform your employer. You might want to take a parental leave and then would need to inform your employer as well as apply for parental allowance. During a parental leave you might wonder how to keep in touch with the university and your colleagues and later also how to organize your working hours in a flexible and family friendly way. 

We will be glad to advise you on topics as pregnancy, parental leave and return to work, working time arrangements or qualification. To maintain a high advisory qualiy we work closely with the HR service, the staff representative and the equality officer.
