On July 22 and 23, 2022, about thirty scientists from Spain, the United States, Israel and Germany will meet at the University of Rostock. "Because paper dictionaries are used less and less, most of them have been converted nowadays into a digital version. On one hand, this offers many advantages, but on the other hand it also means a great challenge," says Caroline Müller, coordinator of the "Conferencia Internacional de Lexicografía Digital." How this can best be achieved, and how as many digital dictionaries as possible can be linked to each other in the future, is the topic of the international conference at the Rostock Institute for Romance Studies.
