Internships and junior programs

Almost all international organizations offer students of higher semesters or graduates the option to get to know their tasks, activities, work processes and employee structure through an internship.

The possible activities may consist in the preparation of templates, the processing of statistics and the organizational preparation and participation in meetings. Partly, the activity can lead to concrete project work.

  • The internships usually include a period of 3 to 6 months
  • one half is in standardized programs, the other half in individual measures

Apart from a few international organizations, there are no financial means to pay for internships. Further information can be found on the website of the German Federal Foreign Office.
